Ethiopian Art Deco

I love the faded Art Deco ambiance of this bar in Ethiopia, where we stopped for refreshments on our way back to Addis after birth family visits down in Sidama. Check out the coffee machine!

   That bar’s great! I came across your bar after googling “art deco bars.” Did the place have a name? Where exactly was it? Thanks…

   I never saw any name on the bar, and I’m afraid I can’t remember the name of the town. It’s on the main highway between Addis Ababa and Awassa, probably a little closer to Addis.
