Marjory Tragham
Today my grandmother, Marjory Tragham, née Duncan, would have been 97 years old. Born 1911, Scoonie, Fife, Scotland. Died Sep 26, 1998, Dundee, Scotland.
I’m guessing she would have been about 6 years old in this picture, which would date it to around 1917.

That’s a great picture. I love seeing old photos even if I don’t know the people in them. I love looking at the simple clothing, hairstyles, and good ‘ol fashion furniture.

Nice to hear from you, Claire. These were in a cardboard box in Nana and Grandad’s living room, and I scanned them a few years ago — probably when I came over at the time grandad went into hospital. I’ve been doing a lot of genealogical research lately — I’ll email you the details. I’ve also been in touch with a Tragheim cousin in Edinburgh. Hope you’re enjoying auntie-hood!
