My life in bullet points: 2010-08-13
I'm a regular Twitter user, and if you have a Twitter account you can follow me by going to my Twitter page and clicking on "Follow."
But I've also set up my Twitter blog to show a daily digest of my "tweets," which amount to "my life in bullet points."
- I watched the finale of Being Human, season one, the other night. I want an Annie action figure! #
- How we ended up using QWERTY keyboards: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-10925456 #
- The "Mappiness" iPhone app beeped me around 2AM to ask me how happy I was. Fortunately I slept through the experience. #
- Oh, the irony. An expert on the study of morality is on leave because of alleged ethical problems with his reseach: http://nyti.ms/9KSu7E #
- I was sorry to hear about @petersagal's bike accident: What happened: http://petersagal.com/wordpress/?p=293 #
- I just received a request from New Harbinger books to write a book. What a lovely start to my afternoon! #
- I think Twitter should attach a "churn" metric to each account: a measure of how often the user follows and rapidly unfollows… #
- High "churn" is a sign the person isn't interested in anything much beyond collecting followers. #
- I don't know whether to be pleased or scared that someone asks WWBD (What Would Bodhipaksa Do) http://bit.ly/d6qUjY #
- A little bit of duplication here if you also follow my more personal Facebook account, but a publishing company… http://fb.me/EADEpCOc #
- An interesting overview of the Hindu influence on US culture (although I'm tired of hearing about Eat Pray Love)… http://fb.me/C1UkC64x #
