Jientje: There's a Wellcome Trust page all about Blue Eyes and Red Hair. It's not uncommon in Scotland, where I'm from, But given this is a piece of African art perhaps it is very unusual. Smarmoofus: I've started putting tags on all my posts, so this one's tagged as "Debre Libanos" -- a monastery that's featured a lot in my WW posts. Marina: Hummingbird babies look like hairy plums!
