Meditation coaching

Meditation coaching consists of one-to-one instruction, covering mindfulness of breathing as a samatha (calming) practice, lovingkindness and compassion meditation, and insight practice. We also discuss the application of the principles of meditation in daily life.

Reoccurring sessions support you as you establish or deepen your practice.

Samatha meditation combines the development of concentration and awareness, which develop clarity. Lovingkindness and compassion practice help us to have greater self-esteem and emotional resilience, and improved relationships with others.

Insight meditation helps us to take ourselves less seriously (in a good way!), so that we can live with balance and clarity.

Meditation is the foundation for conscious living. It helps us to have greater presence, less stress, and greater overall well-being.

How Meditation coaching works:

  • Sessions are 30 minutes by Skype, phone, or Google+ Hangout.
  • Recurring sessions are weekly or every other week.
  • Bodhipaksa is available between sessions to address any questions.
  • An initial two month commitment is recommended.
  • Sessions are paid for monthly, payable at the start of each month.
